At Star Wars Portraits, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, custom Star Wars-style portraits. To ensure the best service and delivery experience, we partner with Printful, a trusted third-party fulfillment company that handles the production and shipping of your orders. We are based in the United States, and we are dedicated to making your order experience as seamless as possible.

1. Order Creation and Processing Time

Once your custom portrait design is completed and approved by you, it will go into production. The estimated creation and processing time for your order is 4 to 7 business days. This includes the time it takes for our designers to finalize your portrait and for Printful to produce the product.

Please note that production times may vary due to order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped to your designated address.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We work with Printful, a reliable third-party fulfillment partner, to ship your custom portraits. Shipping times will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout.
