How long does it take?

Our team of artists creates each hand-drawn caricature from scratch, and we aim to deliver your custom portrait in an average of <3 days.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary depending on the number of characters (people/pets), illustration style (shoulders up/full body), and background (standard/custom/none) you choose! You can check the prices for the artwork you want on our Product Page.

How is the portrait delivered?

Your portrait will be sent digitally via email when it’s complete, ready for you to print or use on items like mugs or t-shirts.

What if I’m not satisfied with my portrait?

Our talented artists always strive to do an amazing job, but sometimes, working from photos, we might miss the essence of a person. We are happy to make revisions until you’re 100% satisfied with your portrait.

What kind of background can I have?

You can choose any background you want! Just let us know your idea, and we’ll make it happen.

Do pets count as a person?

Unfortunately, yes.

Can I add robots or other Star Wars characters to my order?

Absolutely! Please note that adding robots may incur an extra fee, while adding any other Star Wars characters will be charged the same as a person.

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?

Yes, absolutely! Unlike some, we place no restrictions on your portrait—it’s yours to use however you like.

Can you work from multiple photos?

The more photos, the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like the illustration to look, and leave the rest to us.

What quality should the photo I send be?

The higher the quality of the photo, the easier it is for our artists to create a more accurate illustration. But don’t worry—if there are any issues, we’ll let you know.

I need a large group done. Can you help?

No problem! Just send us an email, and we can discuss large orders.

Will I be charged for changes after my order is made?

It’s the customer’s responsibility to specify all details they want in their order when placing it. If any details are missing, our artists will assume certain things, and additional charges may apply if changes are requested afterward.

What dimensions will my illustration be?

Our standard resolution is 3600 pixels x 4800 pixels (portrait) or 4800 pixels x 3600 pixels (landscape). The printed size will be 12″ x 16″ (portrait) or 16″ x 12″ (landscape) at 300 DPI. If you need a different size, just let us know in the order notes.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Our basic product is a digital version of the illustration, which we send to your email. Want to print with us? It’s simple—just order via the delivery page we’ll send once your digital drawing is finished!

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Can I send separate pictures of the characters I want drawn?

Absolutely! You can upload individual pictures of people or a group. As long as the images clearly show each person’s face and body, our talented artists will have everything they need.

Can I be drawn as someone other than a Jedi?

Of course! We can turn you into any character you’d like. Just tell us exactly what you want in the Drawing Notes when placing your order. Check our Happy Customers page for examples of what others have done!

Can I get a preview of my order before placing it?

Unfortunately, since our product is hand-drawn from scratch by real artists, we cannot provide a preview before you place your order. The good news is, you can request changes to your drawing once it’s finished.

What file type will my illustration come in?

Your completed artwork will be delivered in JPG or PNG format. Would you like the layered file? No problem—just send us a request, and we’ll email you the layered file.

Who do I contact for press inquiries?
